Medaille College announced today that The Founders’ Day Celebration, will feature Dottie Gallagher-Cohen, president and CEO of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, as keynote speaker.

Medaille College has named the following students to its Dean’s List for the fall 2013 semester. Students who take a minimum of 12 credit hours and who earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for all credit hours carried during that semester are placed on the Dean’s List.

Keith Klostermann, Ph.D., director of Medaille’s master’s in psychology program, has been named to the 2014-2017 Counseling Outcome Research and Evaluation (CORE) Editorial Board.

The Lumina Foundation has chosen Buffalo as one of its 20 pilot cities in a new effort to increase the number of local residents with high-quality associate’s and bachelor’s degrees.

Douglas Anderson, Associate Professor, Humanities, has been invited to be the co-keynote speaker at a symposium in the Netherlands during the April 2014 annual meeting of the Royal Dutch Society for Microbiology and the Dutch Association of Medical Microbiology.

The following students enrolled in Medaille’s Accelerated Learning Program in Amherst and Rochester earned Dean’s List status during the spring 2013 semester which ended October 2013.

School of Adult and Graduate Education (SAGE) appointed Jill M. Gregory to the position of Executive Director for Recruitment and Admissions.

Keith Klostermann, Ph.D., LMHC, director of Medaille’s master’s in psychology program, has received an Emerging Leader Fellowship.

The TRiO program will receive the 2013 President's Award from the Minority Bar Association of Western New York.

Over 70 faculty, staff, students and Medaille alumni participated in the 2013 United Way Day of Caring. 

Dr. Keith Klostermann will present at the New England Institute of Addiction Studies in early September.
