Mustafa Faramawi, M.B.A.
Assistant Professor
Mustafa Faramawi (mfaramawi@medaille.edu) has been with Medaille College since 2000, teaching courses in business, management, econometrics and computer information systems. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the University at Buffalo's Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Faramawi's current research involves computer networks, grid computing, and distributed systems. These topics afford the opportunity to research technologies for other systems in multimedia, distance learning, and Management Information Systems (MIS).
John Fronckowiak, M.S.
Clinical Assistant Professor
John Fronckowiak (jfronckowiak@medaille.edu) has taught in the Computer Information Systems Department at Medaille since 2000, with previous teaching experience at Canisius College and Millard Fillmore College. He has served as campus technology advisor and the WebCT coordinator at Medaille. His specialties include programming languages, computer security, data communications and networking. He is a member of Mensa, Intertel, and InfraGard, which is a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) program that works with information technology specialists to exchange information about terrorism and cyber crimes. A selection of the books he has authored include: Teach Yourself Database Programming With Microsoft Visual J++ In 21 Days, Teach Yourself OLE DB and ADO Programming In 21 Days, Building an Intranet for Dummies, COBOL for Dummies Quick Reference.
