Mission Statement

The School of Education Graduate Student Society (E.G.S.S.), established in October 2007, is designed to facilitate student engagement. Rooted in the principles of educational, professional, and social development, the E.G.S.S. welcomes all graduate students as active citizens of the Medaille community.

The mission of the Education Graduate Student Society is to organize, promote and conduct activities, beneficial to student life. The society is formally comprised of representatives and volunteers. As a dynamic group, the potential is limited only by the dedication and creativity of our students.

Our functions include author visits, professional development seminars, spirit days and student/faculty socials.We are eager to expand our membership to include all interested graduate students in the School of Education. Please contact the advisors for more information:
