Program Format
M.S.Ed. Degree Program, (Birth-6; 5-12; Birth-12)
Each 15-week semester is divided into two 7-week sessions with a 1-week break in the middle. There are 4 semesters for Birth-6 and 5-12 and 5 semesters for Birth-12.
Classes in the 7-week format meets ONE night per week from 6 -10 p.m. and the first and last Saturdays of the session for 4.75 hours per Saturday. Classes are offered on Tuesday or Thursday evenings.
Classes that run over the entire semester meet ONE night per week for 3 hours from 6 -9 p.m. Full semester classes meet on Monday or Wednesday evenings.
Semesters I, II
Session 1 consists of 1 class in the 7-week format
Session 2 consists of 2 classes also in the 7-week format
Semesters III, IV (and V for Birth-12)
Both session consist of 1 class in the 7-week format and,
A full semester class that spans both sessions.
