Careers
Students from our program have done their internships and gone onto careers in such organizations as:
- Horizon Health Services
- Suburban Psychiatric Associates
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, "employment of psychologists is expected to grow faster than average . . . through 2014, because of increased demand for psychological services in schools, hospitals, social service agencies, mental health centers, substance abuse treatment clinics, consulting firms, and private companies."
The American Psychological Association has additional information about careers in psychology, as does Medaille's Career Planning and Placement Office.
