As the Assistant Director of Admissions, I am responsible for the recruitment of students for the Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and the Master of Arts in Psychology programs.

Education: I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies with a minor in Economics at Buffalo State College as well as a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration degree at the University at Buffalo.

Experience: My diverse 14 year background in academic administration has focused on admissions, recruitment, career and academic advisement, program development, and project management.   My current role in admissions at Medaille College has allowed me to focus on my passion for meeting with prospective students to help them realize their potential and assist them in reaching their academic goals!

I feel that one of the best features of a Medaille education is the focus on the needs of the student. Our graduate programs are unique in that they are designed to fit the schedule of a busy working adult. Students can expect a caring and dedicated faculty, flexible scheduling options, small class size, and personalized service. The faculty are experts in their field and they bring real-world examples into the classroom that foster a learning environment that is interesting, challenging and fun. And since class size is small, students have the opportunity of forming close connections with their classmates and professors.

At Medaille, we understand that returning to college can be an arduous process. The School of Adult and Graduate Education provides programs and services to assist the adult students’ successful transition to academia while allowing them to strike a balance between their everyday and educational responsibilities. Our new Amherst campus, which houses a variety of graduate and undergraduate programs, is testament of Medaille’s commitment to student needs and provides a comfortable and enriching learning experience.
