I recruit for all programs in the Accelerated Learning Program: ASB, BBA, MOL, and MBA.
Medaille offers its students a unique learning experience. They combine the “book knowledge” that is obviously key in learning, but then they meld it with the instructors practical “real world” experience. The result is a very hands-on, applications based approach to learning. Students don’t have to wait for a final exam to test their knowledge, as they are demonstrating it on a weekly basis in the classroom and with their study teams.
As a student in Medaille’s Accelerated Learning Program, I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) prior to coming on staff at the college. Since joining Medaille in 2004, I have earned my Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MOL), and I am currently pursuing my Master of Business Administration (MBA). I feel being a student in our programs has helped me better serve my students, as I can provide an accurate account of what takes place in the programs. Also, my students have an increased comfort level knowing I can relate to the challenges they will face during their time with Medaille, and they are comfortable turning to me for insight when these times arise. My door is always open to former, current, and prospective students.
