Admissions Details

The Admissions Office will need a completed application and an official transcript from your high school and all colleges you have attended. Contact the Admissions Office at (716) 880-2200 or (800) 292-1582 to set up an appointment for your personal interview and campus tour, or e-mail admissionsug@medaille.edu.

After your transcript has arrived, we will evaluate it and advise you of the number of credits we have accepted in transfer. That number depends on how specifically your previous classes relate to the degree program you have chosen at Medaille.

Application

A printable version of our application is available online (Adobe PDF). Simply download the application to your computer, print it, and mail the completed application to our office: 18 Agassiz Circle, Buffalo, NY 14214. A check or money order for $25, payable to Medaille College, should be included.

Waiver of Application Fee

The College will waive the $25 fee for the undergraduate application on the Main campus if you know a Medaille graduate, student, or employee. Ask that person to sign the top of your application form. Attach the form, after it has been signed, to your application. The fee is also waived if you apply online.

Letters of Recommendation

If you wish, you may submit letters of recommendation with your application. Such letters may be from teachers, extracurricular advisors, coaches, clergy, etc. While not a requirement of admission, they are encouraged.

Non-Degree Applicants

Students who wish to take specific courses without enrolling in a degree program are accepted on a space available basis. Courses may be taken for credit or audit. Contact the Admissions Office at (716) 880-2200 or (800) 292-1582.

Personal Interview

Admissions interviews give our counselors the opportunity to get to know about you as an individual - more than just what's in your transcript. It also gives you the chance to learn more about our programs and the campus.

Tuition, Room and Board

This year's tuition, room and board rates will give you an idea of what your first year at Medaille will cost. Our Financial Aid Office is available to talk to you and your parents about affording your education, and our Residence Life Office has additional information about what it's like to live on campus.
