Danielle says

From our athletic teams to our many clubs and organizations to the great academic programs, there is something for everyone at Medaille College. And our picturesque campus will definitely feel like your home away from home.

Territory:

I am responsible for the Medaille recruitment effort throughout the Southtowns of Western New York, including but not limited to Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua and Steuben counties. I also work with students from various schools in the Buffalo area and in Pennsylvania.

Hometown:
I was born and raised right here in Buffalo, NY.

Education:
City Honors School, 1991 – 1999
University of Pittsburgh, 1999-2001, Concentration in Communications
Buffalo State College, 2002-2004, Bachelor of Science in Business

College Activities:
During my years at the University of Pittsburgh, I was active in the Resident Student Association and a member of the Women’s Lacrosse Team. I am also a member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society and the Golden Key International Honour Society.

Fun Facts:
The best day of my life so far was the day my son Drury was born. We kept his name a secret until that day, and then we had some explaining to do! We loved the name Dru but wanted something different. Since most of the pregnancy took place during Sabres Stanley Cup Fever here in WNY, we came up with Drury and thought it was a fitting name. So now “Baby Dru” will always have a fun story to tell about the origin of his name!

This July I will be getting married to a wonderful man who I’ve known since I was about 6 years old. We grew up 3 doors away from each other. I love the movie Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory; it reminds me of Thanksgiving. Scrabble is my favorite board game. I do the New York Times Crossword Puzzle every Sunday. Right now I’m reading Jenny McCarthy’s book Baby Laughs – hilarious!
