Merit Scholarships
Medaille believes in rewarding students for their academic performance in high school and challenges them to have the same commitment to academic excellence once they become part of the Medaille family. Medaille is pleased to offer, on a competitive basis, merit scholarships to both freshmen and transfers.
These scholarships for our private college in New York will be determined at time of acceptance to the College. No special application is required, so make sure your application materials are as comprehensive as possible.
Freshmen
First-time freshmen are eligible to receive competitive, merit-based Medaille scholarships determined by their high school performance. The Medaille College Trustee Scholarship is awarded based on a combination of your high school GPA and SAT or ACT scores. The levels range from $7,000-$21,500 and are awarded for up to four years of continuous, full time undergraduate study.

Transfers
Transfer students are reviewed for Medaille College's transfer awards based on a combination of your cumulative GPA from all colleges attended and the number of transferable credits that have been completed. The Medaille College Transfer Award ranges from $5,000-$12,000.
Members of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society will be awarded an additional $2,500 annually.
Alumni Referral Scholarships
We encourage alumni to share their experience and love for Medaille College by nominating a first-time freshman or transfer student. Alumni must complete our Alumni Referral Scholarship Form prior to the start of the student’s first semester of classes. Nominations will be accepted until the maximum number of scholarships are awarded.
Say Yes to Education Scholarships
Medaille College is a proud partner with the Say Yes to Education organization. Through this partnership, tuition scholarships and grants are available to eligible students from Buffalo, Syracuse and Philadelphia public schools. Visit www.sayyestoeducation.org or contact your admissions counselor to see if you qualify.
Institutional Scholarships & Awards for Continuing Students
Each year, Medaille awards scholarships and grants to continuing students. Students must complete a scholarship application in the spring semester to be eligible. Applications are read by the College Scholarship Committee and winners are notified.
Adult & Graduate / Online
Medaille is pleased to offer, on a competitive basis, scholarships for students who are pursuing their degree through our Adult & Graduate programs.
Adult & Graduate Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the admissions committee and may not be combined with any other Medaille award. Students are encouraged to turn in all admissions documents within the timeline delegated by their admissions advisor as scholarships are on a first come, first serve basis. All scholarships and awards are subject to change.
