John Fronckowiak, M.S.

Director of Online Learning

John FronckowiakJohn Fronckowiak has taught at Medaille since 2000, with previous teaching experience at Canisius College and Millard Fillmore College. He has served as campus technology advisor and the WebCT coordinator at Medaille. His specialties include programming languages, computer security, data communications and networking. He is a member of Mensa, Intertel, and InfraGard, which is a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) program that works with information technology specialists to exchange information about terrorism and cyber crimes. A selection of the books he has authored include: Teach Yourself Database Programming With Microsoft Visual J++ In 21 Days, Teach Yourself OLE DB and ADO Programming In 21 Days, Building an Intranet for Dummies, COBOL for Dummies Quick Reference.


Robert Nesslin, M.A., M.S.

Clinical Associate Professor, Amherst Campus

Robert NesslinRobert Nesslin has taught at Medaille since 1996 in the MBA and Bachelor business courses in the Accelerated Learning Program at our Amherst campus. His specialties include executive marketing, executive policy and strategy, and global perspectives of business. Nesslin has been Faculty Council Chair for five years and received Medaille's "Brian Shero Teaching Excellence and Campus Leadership Award" in 2008.

His professional achievements include: past president, Board of Directors, and committee chair with Buffalo Niagara Sales and Marketing Executives, which bestowed on him the Hall of Fame award; Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing Executives International, which awarded him the first life-time designation as Certified Marketing Executive; Chair of the Small Business Council, Buffalo Niagara Partnership; chair, Marketing Committee, Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus, member of the City of Buffalo Charter Revision Committee, along with service to several other non-profits. He produced two full-length feature films, syndicated worldwide, one of which being the original Tuck Everlasting shown for 15 years on the Disney Channel. He counts his grandkids and music as his most favorite hobbies.

Susan C. Steffan, M.B.A.

Clinical Assistant Professor, Amherst Campus

Sue SteffanSusan Steffan has taught courses in Medaille's Accelerated Learning Program since 1997. She earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance and a bachelor's degree in management from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

In addition to her experience teaching at Medaille, Steffan has worked in the corporate world as Senior Operations Analyst at White Directory Publishers. She also held a variety of positions at General Motors Corporation, Delphi Automotive Division, such as Supervisor for Market Research and Business Planning, Divisional Business Planner, and Senior Marketing and Advertising Specialist.

She lives in Clarence with her family, and spends her spare time traveling with youth hockey, baseball, softball and soccer games. Steffan also enjoys writing, including articles for her church newsletter, local news sources, and national magazines.

Marianne Sullivan, Ph.D.

Clinical Assistant Professor, Amherst Campus

Marianne SullivanDr. Marianne Sullivan is an assistant professor for Medaille College’s Accelerated Learning Program division, and lead instructor for the graduate leadership program. She has many years of leadership, mentoring and team building experience and has a success record in motivating employees and teams and creating organizational efficiency. Prior to joining Medaille in 2003, she developed and taught a variety of business and leadership courses to adults from the Western New York community. She also served as executive director of the University at Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, a self-supporting organization that helps hundreds of CEOs and business managers. She completed her doctoral and master’s degrees at SUNY at Buffalo.

 

William Weeks, M.S.

Clinical Associate Professor and Chair, Management and Leadership Program, Amherst Campus

William Weeks (bweeks@medaille.edu) teaches at the Amherst campus, with interests in systems thinking, statistics, organizational behavior, and organizational leadership. He began teaching at Medaille in 1997, bringing with him thirty years' experience from the General Motors Powertrain division, and ten years of corporate training and consulting experience. In his spare time, he enjoys golf.
