Larry Robinson, M.A., M.Arch.

Clinical Assistant Professor, Rochester Campus

Larry Robinson is an assistant professor in the Accelerated Learning Program at the Rochester Campus. His major areas of interest are in Strategic Planning, Organizational Development, Leadership and Team Building, developed through both his academic and work background. He earned graduate degrees in Speech and Theatre from the University of Florida , a Master of Architecture from SUNY Buffalo, as well as completed the core programs at both the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, and the Leadership Initiative for Tomorrow’s Schools at the University of Buffalo. He has over thirty-five years of experience in business, education, and administration.

Prior to coming to Medaille, he spent more than fifteen years consulting with a wide variety of organizations, from large manufacturing firms to small service / professional businesses, not-for-profits , schools and colleges. His contributions have resulted in increased customer/employee satisfaction, improved processes, and enhanced performance. Robinson has also made numerous presentations at national, regional and local conferences on topics that have included Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Team Building, Quality Improvement, Customer Service, Visionary Leadership, and Process Management. Robinson is a life-long Western New Yorker. He grew up in the area, raised his family here, and enjoys taking advantage of all the benefits this region has to offer. He believes in giving back to his community by volunteering in a number of agencies and civic groups. In his spare time he teaches and coaches skiing, races sailboats, and constructs wooden boats.



Michael Wallace, M.B.A.

Clinical Assistant Professor, Rochester Campus

Mike WallaceMike Wallace began teaching at Medaille's Rochester campus in 2004 after retiring from Xerox Corporation with 30 years of experience in supply chain management, finance, and quality process. His consulting practice keeps him current with the business world in graduate classes such as Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Global Perspectives of Business. He has served in the United States Air Force and was awarded the United States Commendation Medal.

Wallace was elected Chair of the Board of Directors for Heritage Christian Services, a non-profit organization providing developmental opportunities for 1,400 disabled individuals in WNY. He enjoys golf, traveling, and his five grandchildren.
