Dr. Brown earned her bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Stanford University, her Bilingual Teacher Certification from the University of Southern California, her master’s degree in Educational Administration from San Francisco State University, and her Ph.D. through Harvard University’s Urban Superintendent Program.

Darius Pridgen is the senior pastor of True Bethel Baptist Church and a member of the Buffalo Common Council representing the Ellicott District. A Medaille graduate, Pridgen serves as a community leader within the city of Buffalo and has spent his career advocating for the less fortunate. Based on the recommendation of Commissioner Denise O’Connell, Pastor Pridgen was appointed to serve on both State and Federal Juvenile Justice Boards.

The instructors were knowledgeable and welcomed class discussions, with
respect for each student's contribution. I've learned how to be a more
effective leader. My capstone class gave insight on how to combine all
the education learned to operate a business. That's when I realized how
