Declining Balance Dollars Plan
Medaille College Food Service offers a declining balance dollar plan. A minimum deposit of $50.00 must be made to participate in the plan. Food purchases will then be debited from your account at the cashier station in the dining hall. Additional money can be added at any time. This option is available for all resident students, commuter students, faculty and staff.
Participation in the program is a convenient way to fulfill your food service needs. Stop worrying about not
having or running out of cash is eliminated. In addition, prepaid declining balance dollars are not taxable. You
save 8.75% on the sales tax with every purchase.

- Market Carvery – bistro style comfort foods presented with a touch of flair such as carved rotisserie turkey & chicken, honey glazed pork chops, baked macaroni & cheese.
- Menutainment: the centerpiece of our culinary showmanship! Each day features a different performance for lunch & dinner, which can be include pasta sauté, stir fry, made to order wraps and much more!
- Terra Ve: Award winning vegetarian and healthy option station that is designed specifically for our health conscious customers.
- Fresh Grille: offers the perfect blend of traditional grill favorites and contemporary new foods.
- Trattoria: an Italian restaurant that has been scaled to fit every appetite; from fresh made pizzas to main course pastas.
- Sub Generation ... offering subs, wraps and paninis. Choices of fresh rolls and breads, cheeses, signature spreads as well as your favorite made to order options.
- Garden Emporium: an exciting market of the freshest salad offerings and home-style soups.
- Double Treat Bakery: the perfect end to a delicious meal including a wide variety of homemade desserts, pies, cakes & cookies.
Balances are transferable from Fall to Spring Semester only. Any balances as of June 15, 2008 will not be refunded or carried over to the next semester.
