Health Insurance
All students are encouraged to carry adequate illness and accident insurance coverage during their college years. This is necessary to cover hospitalization, ER visits, X-rays and lab tests, doctor visits, prescriptions, and ambulance costs. Resident students and their parents are encouraged to check their policies for coverage while away from home.
Students who would like to purchase the college health insurance can choose between two plans that are offered. Brochures can be obtained at the Student Health Center or by downloading them below.
Plan 1- For Students Taking 9 or More Credits
A brochure explaining the policy offered by Student Resources through Niagara National Inc. can be obtained from the Student Health Center or students can download the brochure. Students can enroll in the plan by using this enrollment form.
Vision and Dental Insurance is also available for students who wish to purchase it. Information about the vision and dental insurance and how to enroll can be obtained from Niagara National Inc.

Plan 2- For Students Taking Any Number of Credits
A brochure explaining the policy offered by Sentry Insurance through E. J. Smith Associates can be accessed through the website at www.ejsmith.com and clicking on "Health Plans" and then choosing New York. Copies of the brochure are also available in the Student Health Center.
Dental Insurance and Prescription Discount Coverage can also be purchased with this plan. Additional information can be obtained by calling (800) 426-7234 or on the website at www.ejsmith.com.
