Canadian Education Program
Medaille College conducts a master of science in education preparation program (grades 1-6) for Canadian students who hold a baccalaureate degree in an academic discipline other than elementary education. This highly-regarded program has been extremely popular with Canadian students for the past 20 years.

Buffalo's Largest Teachers Program for Ontario Students
Our education program has been preparing qualified teachers for over 60 years. With a core of faculty members dedicated to research, learning and teaching and hands-on courses, graduates of this program are ready to teach as soon as they enter an elementary classroom.
Students who complete the program earn a master of science in education degree and are eligible for certification to teach in Ontario (primary-junior/K-6) and New York State (elementary 1-6).
For more information, contact the Admissions Office at (888) 252-2235 or email Alison Wilcox at alison.wilcox@medaille.edu.
Flexible Schedules
Students are admitted three times per year: May, September and January. The program is designed to be completed in 12-15 months depending on the scheduling format the student chooses. Each format - weekday or weekend - requires attendance in class 2 days per week.

The Admissions Process
Medaille practices a rolling admissions policy. This means applications are submitted on an ongoing basis and admissions decisions are rendered as soon as the student completes the admissions process. While there are no deadlines for application to Medaille, it is recommended that you apply several months before the start of the semester in which you wish to attend. More »
