Admissions Process
Medaille College practices a rolling admissions policy. This means applications are submitted on an on-going basis and admissions decisions are rendered as soon as the student completes the admissions process. While there are no deadlines for application to Medaille College, it is recommended that you apply several months before the start of the semester in which you wish to enroll.
Application: Complete the online application, which is sent directly to the Medaille College Admissions Office.

High School Transcript: Contact your former high school and have a copy of your transcript mailed to the Admissions Office. If your high school will not mail the transcripts to the United States, you can have it mailed to you or pick it up but it must remain in the sealed high school envelope. Then, mail it to us in another envelope.
University Transcript: Have an official transcript forwarded to the Admissions Office from all colleges and universities that you have attended. If you are still taking classes, you will need to have another transcript sent when your degree requirements are completed. The transcripts must be sent to us directly from each institution, or if it is mailed to you or you pick it up, it must remain in the sealed institution’s envelope. Then, mail it to us in another envelope.
Letters of Recommendation: Please submit two letters of recommendation with your application. One, preferably from someone who has observed you working with children through volunteer or paid work experience.
Personal Statement: A 500 word personal statement describing your philosophy of education, educational goals and your reasons for choosing Medaille College for your education.
Information Session: Applicants are strongly encouraged to attend an information session at our Amherst campus or in Oakville, ON.
