Assistant Director, TRIO Student Support Service Program
Medaille College has an immediate opening a for full-time, 12 month Assistant Director for TRIO Student Support Services. The successful candidate will oversee the day to day operation of a program serving first generation college students, low income students, and students with disabilities evidencing the need for academic support. This position ensures compliance with federal legislation. The Assistant Director will also support the project goals of retaining and graduating the target population through special projects and providing intrusive academic advisement to a caseload of participants.
A Master’s degree in Counseling, Student Personnel Administration or related field is required with a minimum of three to five years experience. Excellent problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite are also required.

Adjunct Instructors

Clinical Faculty (Assistant/Associate)
Medaille College in Buffalo, NY is seeking applicants for a full-time clinical faculty position in the proposed Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology, beginning August 15, 2009. Applicants must have a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an APA-accredited program and be licensed or license eligible in NY. Successful applicants will have graduate level teaching, clinical supervision, and dissertation advisement experience preferably in a program based on the practitioner-scholar model, a strong record of clinical experience, and a strong and on-going record of scholarly/professional activity. Interest and experience in psychological assessment, psychodynamic psychotherapy, diversity, and/or clinical child psychology are preferred.
