To drop off a test

The Academic Support Center is open Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m.-12 p.m. A test may be dropped off at any time we are open. Both make-up tests and tests for students with disabilities are taken in the Academic Support Center in Huber Hall, H107. Every test must be signed into our Faculty Test Sign-in log by the instructor. When signing the exam in please fill in:

  • The instructor's name
  • The date the exam was dropped off
  • The course
  • The student's name
  • Any special instructions for the test, including what they may or may not use and the time limit *
  • Make sure the student's name is on the test paper and attach a scantron if you expect one to be used.
  • Put each test in a separate envelope provided by the Academic Skills Center
  • The student's name, course, test instructions, time limit and last date to be taken must be noted on the envelope.
  • If there is a date in which the test should be taken by please note on the envelope
  • Give the completed envelope to the Academic Support Center staff person at the front counter.

* If the test is for a student with a disability and you are unsure of their accommodations please ask. The Academic Support Center staff at the from desk may know or will ask the disability services coordinator. Remember that make-up test services are for special circumstances only!


To pick up a test

Please remember to pick up any test(s) left in the Academic Support Center in a timely manner. Ask the Academic Support Center staff person at the front desk for any tests that you wish to pick up. We will need the student's last name when you pick up the test.

Please sign and date the faculty log when you pick up your test(s), both completed and not completed. Please leave used envelopes with Academic Support Center staff so they may be reused.

If you would like some extra envelopes, please stop by the Academic Support Center in the Huber building or call extension 2214.

I'm grateful for the education I've received.

The instructors were knowledgeable and welcomed class discussions, with
respect for each student's contribution. I've learned how to be a more
effective leader. My capstone class gave insight on how to combine all
the education learned to operate a business. That's when I realized how
much I had sharpened my knowledge.
