Fr. Médaille inspired the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph to commit themselves to the service of others. As an expression of Medaille’s commitment to Buffalo, we honor the tradition of our founding Sisters as we bestow the Fr. Médaille Awards for Service and Citizenship to individuals who demonstrate that same devotion to serving others in Western New York.  The Founders’ Day Celebration will be held at the Hotel @ The Lafayette on Wednesday, April 24, 2013.
