True Blue & Gold Leadership Program

student and teacher with cameraSince 2000, the Medaille College True Blue and Gold Leadership Program has allowed undergraduate students to explore their leadership potential. They are empowered to identify, understand and utilize their leadership capabilities in a larger community.

The four-year program helps students to identify their leadership style, gain a deeper understanding of different models of leadership and actively utilize and share their leadership skills within the college and surrounding communities. Students also learn to apply leadership skills within their internship experiences and serve as a mentor to a rising student leader.
