About Juanita Juanita Hunter:

Juanita Hunter, Ed.D., is a registered nurse and a dedicated patient-advocate and community builder. Now retired, Hunter earned advanced degrees in community nursing and curriculum development from the University at Buffalo and joined their faculty in 1978, after serving as a public health nurse coordinator with the Veterans Administration.
