Medaille College Author Visit with Dr. Virginia Batchelornext

Join us at Medaille College on Thursday, November 9th from 4:30-5:30pm as we welcome children's author, Dr. Virginia Batchelor to the Department of Education Reading Center to celebrate KidsLit Week. Dr. Batchelor will read her amazing book, Stop Calling Me That!  My Name is Araminta! The event will be in the Reading Center at Humboldt 77 on the Medaille Buffalo Campus.  If we out grow the space, we will relocate to the Main Building Lecture Hall. 


KidsLit Week is part of the Western New York Children's Book Expo festivities.  Dr. Batchelor is a spotlighted local author who will be signing her books the WNYCBE. The WNYCBE is a free literacy event that will take place at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center on Saturday, November 11th from 10am-3pm.  Checkout the WNYCBE website for details.

Please Note:  If the campus parking lot is full, you will be directed to park at the Buffalo Zoo and will be shuttled to campus for the event.  Please come early to provide extra time for parking if needed.
