Faculty and staff from each of Medaille's three campuses converged on the Buffalo Campus on August 19 for the annual Fall Colloquium, which served as a forum for the campus planning committees to discuss "who we are, how we work, and how we think."

In addition to promoting themes of student access to higher education and student success as they pursue college degrees, the presentations outlined 

The College also acknowledged all new faculty and staff who have joined Medaille in the past year, along with the service of five employees:

  • Jennifer Bavifard, Ed.D., executive director, Accelerated Learning Program
  • Greg Florczak, vice president for enrollment management and undergraduate admissions
  • Kenneth Radig, MBA, associate professor in the Department of Business
  • Erika Schwegler, assistant director of admissions, School of Adult and Graduate Education
  • Mary Sokoloski, assistant to the vice president for academic affairs
I'm grateful for the education I've received.

The instructors were knowledgeable and welcomed class discussions, with
respect for each student's contribution. I've learned how to be a more
effective leader. My capstone class gave insight on how to combine all
the education learned to operate a business. That's when I realized how
much I had sharpened my knowledge.
