The athletes of the week are Candis Kapuscinski and George
Tor.
Kapuscinski, a member of the women’s soccer team, played the first two games of
her collegiate career this month. She netted four goals, including her first
collegiate hat trick in a win over Keuka College on Sunday. She currently leads
her team in goals scored (4) and total points (8).
Over the weekend the men's soccer team captured the championship of the Oswego State Tournament with a pair of (2-0) wins over Alfred University and Oswego State. In those games, Tor netted a goal as well as an assist. In doing so, he was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player (MVP). Tor was also selected as the AMCC Preseason Player of the Year.
Previous Athletes of the Week.

The instructors were knowledgeable and welcomed class discussions, with
respect for each student's contribution. I've learned how to be a more
effective leader. My capstone class gave insight on how to combine all
the education learned to operate a business. That's when I realized how
much I had sharpened my knowledge.
