Fr. Medaille Awards for Service & Citizenship Submission Guidelines

To nominate a non-profit organization or an individual volunteer with an exceptional commitment to service and dedication to making a difference in the Buffalo Niagara region, please follow the submission guidelines below.

Submission Requirements:

• Nominators may submit more than one nomination, but must submit separate applications.
• Nominations are due by 5 p.m. on Friday, December 7, 2012.

Award Process:

• Nominees for whom completed applications have been received will be notified of their nomination.
• Nominees will be required to submit a brief essay explaining how the award would impact their organization and how the funds provided would be put to use.
• A selection committee will review all completed applications and select award winners.
• Award recipients will be notified in February 2013.
• Award recipients will be invited as complimentary guests and recognized at the Founders' Day Celebration dinner held in spring 2013.
