Pathways Faculty Mentor Resources & Feedbacknext

About the Faculty Mentor program

In the spring semester of the first year, all Pathways students are given the opportunity to be assigned a mentor from their specific academic department. The Academic Support Center will facilitate this process by helping to match the students, provide a mixer later in the spring semester for students to meet their mentors, and then start the program in earnest when Pathways students become sophomores. In their sophomore year, former Pathways students will have the opportunity to meet with the mentor a few times per month, and receive guidance from someone who has the same academic interests and who has pursued a similar course of study.

If you have questions about this program please email Andrew Kij at Andrew.S.Kij@medaille.edu or call him at 716-880-3080.
