In just over two years (or less, depending on transfer credits) you could have your associate of science degree in Business from Medaille College—without having to quit your current job.

Duration: The Associate of Science in Business is a 60-credit, two-year (or less, depending on previous transfer credits) program offered one or two evenings a week at Medaille College’s Amherst or Rochester, New York campuses.

Medaille College's business and business-related programs at the
Buffalo, Amherst and Rochester Campuses have received specialized
accreditation through the International Assembly for Collegiate Business
Education (IACBE), located in Olathe, Kansas. The IACBE promotes and
recognizes excellence in business education in colleges at both the
undergraduate and graduate level.

The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership is currently under
review for accreditation by IACBE. The Bachelor of Business
Administration in Information Systems has been recently added and
accreditation by IACBE is pending. The IACBE reviews new programs only
after two years of outcomes assessment data has been accumulated.
The IACBE requires that every member disclose their learning outcomes
assessment. The assessment results can be found in our annual report
linked below.
