The first computers were the size of an average living room. Today, the average mobile phone has more computing power than NASA used to send the first space shuttle to the moon.
The opportunities and problems brought on by such rapid, relentless technological progress require skilled professionals to lead companies. Information systems involve more than managing a data network; they're about integrating the operations of a corporate system with its products and personnel and directing the growth of a corporation. Be part of the changes that technological innovations are creating across all industries with Medaille's Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems (BBA-IS) online degree program.
A college degree opens doors to corporate management opportunities outside of the traditional "back office" server rooms. Medaille's BBA-IS program prepares you for today's careers that integrate business savvy with technical knowledge. Get ready to face the challenges of senior-level management positions head-on and sitting in the executive's seat instead of the cubicle farm.
According to the U.S. Department of Commerce, occupations in information systems are some of the fastest-growing segments of the workforce. The most sought after candidates for these positions effortlessly combine business management and computing skills. Do you envision yourself as an entrepreneur? This program will set you on the path to starting your own business and making your ideas a reality.
Medaille has designed this bachelor's degree for students who already have approximately two years of college credit. By taking one class at a time for 56 credits, with each class running for seven weeks, you can complete the program in two years.
For veterans who are transitioning from the military to the workforce, or active military members who wish to build on previous college credits to complete a degree, you will want to talk with our admissions team. We have a support system in place to walk veterans and service members through applying for admissions and financial aid, and managing the process of obtaining benefits from the G.I. Bill and other veterans' assistance programs.
As an online program, you can do the work of a college degree on your own schedule, moving through the program with the same group of students. Students in Medaille's online programs are required to have a computer and Internet connection that meet certain requirements.
Take the first step to creating effective solutions to real-world problems. Request information from our School of Adult and Graduation, email sageadmissions@medaille.edu, or call (716) 932-2568 or (888) 252-2235 to learn more.

I knew a few people who had attended Medaille and they all raved about the terrific education and faculty.
