Goal 4: Faculty and Staff

Align the professional practice of faculty and staff with the College’s mission, aspiration, and strategic priorities.

Objectives

1. Promote instructional practice that supports Medaille’s aspiration through an increasing emphasis on active, collaborative, problem-based, and experiential learning.

2. Create a professional development program that equips all faculty with the pedagogical tools that correlate with student engagement and success.

3. Refine the annual evaluation process so that individual goals are linked to the strategic plan and every selfevaluation provides evidence of reflective practice.
