Don't be a Dummy! Be S.M.A.R.T about Goal Setting
Melisa Williams, Director of Student Involvement and Multicultural Education & Diversity, Medaille College

Did you know there is a strong correlation between success and setting goals. Ask successful people, no matter the industry in which they are involved, and they will all share one common characteristic, they set goals. Even more importantly their goals are generally aligned with their overall vision of success. Goal setting serves as a road map for the final destination.

I'm grateful for the education I've received.

The instructors were knowledgeable and welcomed class discussions, with
respect for each student's contribution. I've learned how to be a more
effective leader. My capstone class gave insight on how to combine all
the education learned to operate a business. That's when I realized how
much I had sharpened my knowledge.
