Change of Occupancy Form (PDF)
Reasons for change must be indicated fully. The change of occupancy must be initiated by the student(s) involved, after attempts have been made to alleviate any conflict with current roommate or residential assignment. Change of occupancy will only be granted after all other options have been exhausted. No student may move from an assigned room without the approval of the Residence Director. Medaille College reserves the right to change assignments when necessary.
