Rand Hurrle
Graduate Resident Coordinator – North Residence Hall and Humboldt Houses
Office: Front of North Residence Hall
AIM: MedailleNorthRD
Hello! I'm Rand Hurrle, Graduate Residence Coordinator for North Hall and the Humboldt Residence Houses.
It's my goal, as the Graduate Residence Coordinator at Medaille College, to continue building excellent relationships with students, faculty, and staff and make it a successful year for everyone in the Medaille family. I've decided to come to Residence Life because I want to love what I do, and I believe that college life is more than the transfer of academic knowledge (which is also very important - so keep those grades up!). It's your chance to "test the waters" of the real world and develop into the person you want to be. There are many opportunities to do so, and in fact I invite any residents who may be interested in getting involved on campus to contact me or Sarah Frank so that we can further discuss how you can contribute to RSC! Joseph Bess
Graduate Assistant, South Residence Hall!
I was born on the island of St. Croix, USVI and moved to Brooklyn, NY in the summer of 1999, where I finished high school. I went on to receive a B.A. in English from St. John Fisher College. I am currently in graduate school at Buffalo State College and working on an M.A. in English and admit wholeheartedly to loving sappy books. My favorite book and movie happens to be The Color Purple. I enjoy working in Residence Life at Medaille College because it's been a real fun and engaging way to learn about Higher Education as a whole!
