Student Involvement Center
The Student Involvement Center strives to develop student leaders at all levels of leadership development and increase student involvement at Medaille College. The Center seeks to empower students to understand how they can become effective contributors as leaders and active participants within the college and the community at large. The Center aims to design and implement cultural, educational, and social programs to enhance individual and group experiences for growth and self-understanding, as well as to reflect and promote the diversity of student interests and needs. Thus allowing for success, achievement, and a sense of self-worth and pride.
Student Activities
Are you wondering what to do with your time outside of class? The Student Activities Office supports over two dozen clubs – a number that grows each semester, as students create new organizations. Combine that with nationally renowned speakers, music concerts, off-campus trips, volunteer opportunities and athletic events, and many students find that they are just as busy with their extracurricular interests as they are with their classes.

Clubs and Organizations
Most academic departments have clubs that extend learning beyond the classroom. From Art & Photography to the Vet Tech Club, these organizations plan activities with academic interests in mind.
Budding journalists, broadcasters-in-training, and aspiring poets can work with our campus communication tools: the Perspective newspaper, the Prelude literary magazine, and WMCB, the campus radio station.
For those who want to work to improve the campus and the community, clubs like the Resident Student Council, the Student Activities Board, the Medaille Music and Drama Club and the Student Government Association bring entertainment and fun to Medaille.
Sports enthusiasts will find unique opportunities with our Fencing Club and Ice Hockey Club. For those interested in encouraging school spirit, check out the Medaille College Cheerleaders and the Promotions Club.
