First Student Teaching Placement

  • Canadian Students: Monday, January 25, 2010 – Friday, March 12, 2010
  • US Students: Tuesday, January 25, 2010 – Friday, March 12, 2010

Second Student Teaching Placement

  • Canadian Students: Monday, March 22, 2010 – Thursday, April 29, 2010
  • US Students: Monday, March 22, 2010 – Thursday, May 6, 2010

Interim Week Monday, March 15, 2010 – Friday, March 19, 2010

  • Arrange to meet your 2nd placement Associate Teacher
  • Collect original evaluation forms and keep lesson observations and rubrics from your first placement
  • Attend optional seminars on resume writing and interviewing
  • Initiate an optional credential file by contacting Career Development at 1.800.292.1582, ext. 2211

Student Teaching Exit Meeting

Student Teaching Exit Meetings will be held Friday, April 30, 2010, and Monday, May 10, 2010. Students will be sent the date for their scheduled meeting via their Medaille email.
