VET 120:  Introduction to Laboratory Animal Science

Vivarium Contract

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Standard Operating Procedures that was given to me to assist in my participation in caring for the various laboratory animals during my Vivarium rotations.  I understand that I am responsible to cover my assigned times and if I am unable, I will find a replacement.  If that is not possible, I will contact my group leader or Katie Maley to inform them of my absence.  I understand that I can gain entry into the Vivarium via the Information Office if the door is locked.  I understand it is my responsibility to obtain my schedule for Vivarium rotations.   I understand the point evaluations related to my responsibilities.  I vow to complete these responsibilities to the best of my abilities and with respect.
