William Weeks teaches graduate students, with interests in systems thinking, statistics, organizational behavior and change, and organizational leadership, and in the philosophy of C.I. Lewis. He began teaching at Medaille in 1997 as an adjunct instructor and accepted a full-time faculty position as an assistant professor in January 2001. Weeks brings many years of quality management and statistical training experience and organizational leadership and development experience in the thirty years that he worked for the General Motors Powertrain Division. He co-authored a corporate document on statistical capability analysis, which was used throughout the Powertrain Division of General Motors. While at Powertrain, Weeks had the opportunity to study, along with other Powertrain statistical personnel, under Dr. W.
