About Matthew Coleman

Dr. Coleman was born and raised in Niagara Falls, NY. Dr. Coleman attended Medaille College and graduated with an A.S. in Veterinary Technology IN 2010 and a B.S. in Biology in 2012. In May, 2016, Dr. Coleman graduated with his doctorate of veterinary medicine from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. His interests in veterinary medicine are pocket pets and low cost veterinary care.
In addition to working at Medaille, Dr. Coleman also works as an associate veterinarian at the West Side Pet Clinic and Ellicott Small Animal Hospital. He also does some relief work at the Erie County SPCA.
When not working, Dr. Coleman likes to spend time with his wife, family, friends, and his four cats. He also enjoys reading, fishing/camping, traveling, and the performing arts.
