About Patricia Carr

Trish Carr is a Licensed Veterinary Technician whom graduated here from Medaille College. Trish has been working here at Medaille since October 2017 assisting in many labs such as Introduction to Lab Animal, Small animal disease and nutrition, clinical techniques, parasitology, and diagnostic imaging.  Working at Medaille she has found a niche in lab animal medicine so has begun her journey to become a Lab Animal Technician, taught an introduction to lab animal lecture, as well as overseeing the Vivarium here at Medaille College.

Trish Carr is an All-State New York Academic Team Member, a Chancellors Award Winner, Fear Free certified, and most recently voted SGA’s Professor of the Year award in 2020.

Trish has worked in a small animal practice since 2012 and has no desire to stop that anytime soon.  Most recently Trish gained experience by doing relief work for a dermatology specialty clinic during the summer of 2020. Throughout the year Trish participates in as many free rabies clinics offered through the Erie County Health Department as she can to help animals and aid in her community.

In her free time Trish loves to travel, camp, explore nature, spend time with all her fur babies, watch the Miami Dolphins, listen to the Backstreet Boys, and spend time with her loved ones.
