Thanksgiving Break

As you are aware, Thanksgiving Break commences as of 10 p.m., Tuesday, November 26th, 2019.  Residence Halls will close at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, November 27th. In preparation for the break, you should ensure that the following is completed prior to your departure:


  1. Ensure that all windows are closed and locked, and that all blinds are down and closed.
  2. Take all of your trash and recyclables in your suites, rooms, and apartments to the proper receptacles.
  3. Clean your rooms and apartments thoroughly.
  5. All residents are required to be gone 4 hours after the completion of their last class.
  6. Only Men’s & Women’s Basketball and International Students will be permitted to register and stay on campus during the break period.
    1. Other than those granted permission, no one will be allowed to remain on campus or return early.
  7. The Residence Halls will re-open at 10am on Sunday, December 1, 2019.

Winter Break

The halls will close at 9 a.m. on Friday, December 13, 2019 and will reopen on Monday, January 20, 2020 at 12 p.m. for the Spring Semester

Spring Break

Residence halls will close at 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2020 and will reopen on Sunday, March 15, 2020 at 10 a.m.

May Move-Out

Residence halls will close at 9 a.m. on Friday, May 8, 2020. Students are expected to check out with a team member 4 hours after their last final.
