The Department of Business, Management & Leadership Mission Statement 

We are dedicated to excellence in teaching; providing students a meaningful integration of theory and practice while developing mutually beneficial  partnerships with the academic, business, and local communities.  

We strive to develop graduates for responsible citizenship and leadership roles who are prepared to meet the various global challenges of the 21st century.
