2016 Honors Convocation Ceremony will take place in the Events Arena on Friday, October 21, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.  Prior to this event, at 6:00 p.m. in the Lecture Hall, will be the Induction Ceremonies for the Honor Societies.

Students will be recognized for their academic achievements:  Students who were on the Dean’s list for two consecutive semesters, and students who will be recipients of the Medaille medal for being on the Dean’s list for four semesters. 

Those students who are the recipients of academic-based scholarships will also be recognized, as well as those students who were selected for Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities.

The main speaker for the Honors Convocation Ceremony will be Dr. Keith Klostermann, Assistant Professor in the Division of Applied and Social Sciences, who is the recipient of the 2016 Dr. Brian R. Shero Teaching Excellence and Campus Leadership Award.
