Introducing Medaille University

On May 17, the New York State Education Department Board of Regents approved an amendment to Medaille’s charter to make the institution a university, effectively immediately. Medaille has begun to launch its transition to Medaille University, with more formal celebrations and unveilings planned for the fall, when the 2022-23 academic year begins.

2022 Medaille Graduates Walk the Stage & Celebrate Their Achievements at Undergraduate & Graduate Commencement Ceremony

On May 12, hundreds of Medaille graduates walked the stage and accepted their diplomas at the 2022 Undergraduate & Graduate Commencement Ceremony, as friends, family, and Medaille faculty and staff assembled at Kleinhans Music Hall to celebrate.

Supporting Our Community in a Time of Need

Our community suffered a horrific tragedy on May 14, when a white supremacist gunned down 13 individuals, killing 10 and injuring three, at the Tops Markets on Jefferson Avenue in Buffalo. As Buffalo’s College, Medaille is here to support our students, faculty and staff, and our surrounding community, in the healing process during this difficult time.
