(this step can only be accomplished once you have placed your deposit)

- Choose "Click here to pick up your first accounts"
- Follow instructions to activate your accounts

- Your designated academic advisor will communicate with you directly via your Medaille email regarding registration for the Spring semester.

* New York State Public Health Laws require full- and part-time students to submit proof of immunity to measles, mumps, and rubella. In addition, all students must either receive the vaccination against meningococcal meningitis within the last five years, or acknowledge that they are aware of the risks and have chosen not to be vaccinated. Complete the meningitis waiver here
Beginning January 2: Housing assignments & move-in information

- Choose Billing & Financial Aid

Due January 26: Install the Fletch attendance app
- Fletch is a technology that automatically takes attendance by detecting the presence of students' smartphones. This streamlined approach will assist the College in identifying who has been on campus for instruction and where. This technology will be useful for contact tracing should someone identify as COVID-19 positive. All students are asked to download and activate the free app to assist the College in its efforts to support public safety and well-being.

* In addition to the mandatory immunization record requirement for all students, international students must also complete the tuberculosis screening form and testing, if applicable.

* International students must submit completed immunization record, tuberculosis screening, and proof of health insurance before they will be cleared to begin the I-20/VISA process. Additionally, international students may be required to self-quarantine upon arriving at Medaille College, pending further information from the New York State Department of Health.
