Pay your bill and finalize financial aid

Your tuition bill must be paid in full, covered with financial aid or enrolled on a payment plan or enrolled on a payment plan.

Check your E-Bill Statement and balance due:
  • Go to 360.medaille.edu, login with your username and password Click on "360 for Students"
  • Click on "Billing & Financial Aid" box
  • Click "Review eBill"
    This is the home page for your Student Account.
    Your balance due is listed at the top of the page, which includes any pending financial aid.
To pay your tuition bill, you may either:
  • Mail in a check, or bring in a check or cash, for the full balance due, after any financial aid, to:

  • Call our office and pay with a credit card over the phone:

  • Pay online or set up a payment plan by logging into Medaille360 as above and follow the steps below:
    • Choose Make Payment to pay your bill via checking/savings account or credit card
    • Choose Payment Plan to set up a 5 month semester payment plan
If you need additional financial aid, you can apply for an Alternative Loan at www.studentaid.gov, where the loan is in your name but you need a credit worthy cosigner.
Your parent can apply for a Parent/Plus Loan at www.studentaid.gov.

Purchase course materials (course materials are required)

  • Learn about ordering textbooks online
  • January 3rd- Scrub and Name-Tag orders due (Vet Tech Students only). First year Vet Tech students are eligible for one pair of light blue scrubs and a Name-Tag from the Medaille Bookstore. Second year Vet Tech students can order one pair of navy scrubs (additional name-tags are available through the store for new and returning students at the cost of 7.50 each). These scrubs are paid for through a course fee but the order form (available from the department) must be submitted to The Bookstore in advance to the beginning of class. All scrubs and Name-Tag orders received by the 3rd should be available for pickup in the store by January 13.
  • December 13th - Book Vouchers become available for Spring 2022 classes. If you have extra financial aid available after tuition and fees you will be able to use it on course materials, and supplies mid-semester. Book lists for most spring courses are now listed on our website (https://www.bkstr.com/medaillestore/home) with more being added throughout the summer. To use your financial aid just choose "Book Voucher" as the payment method and we will go ahead and work with Student Accounts. Make sure to check your email as that is where we will be communicating any issues.
