As we celebrate Black History Month, Director of Diversity & Inclusion Kenya Hobbs reflects on the Black pioneers who overcame unthinkable challenges in the fight for civil rights in this country. He outlines their refusal to quit, even in the face of tremendous challenges, as an example we can collaboratively follow to make a positive impact in our communities.
