
Medaille’s MBA & MAOL Programs Receive National Recognition on 2023 U.S. News & World Report Lists for Best Online Programs

For the third consecutive year, Medaille University’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Arts in organizational leadership (MAOL) programs have received national recognition on the 2023 U.S. News & World Report lists for best online programs across the country. Programs recognized on the lists have strong traditional academic foundations based on the excellence of entering students, graduation rates and instructor credentials. They also excel at educating distance learners while offering robust career and financial support.

The University’s MAOL program invites students to explore the practical application of organizational leadership and prepares them with expertise in communication, systems thinking, decision-making, conflict resolution, creative problem-solving and change management. It focuses on critical thinking, mentoring and coaching, organizational behavior and change, communication, emotional intelligence, team building and leadership development.
Medaille’s MBA program prepares business leaders to take a strategic and analytical approach to management. It focuses on areas like finance, accounting, marketing and statistics, and the program offers project management or organizational leadership concentrations for students who would like to specialize in those skill sets.
