Turf and Logo Installation Underway at Medaille Sports Complex
Installation of the turf and Medaille Mavericks logo is underway at the Medaille Sports Complex at Buffalo Color Park, located at 427 Elk Street in Buffalo. The future home of the College's men's and women's soccer and lacrosse programs will feature an outdoor athletic turf field and an Athletics Administration Building featuring locker rooms, a training facility, weight rooms, and meeting space/classrooms. A ceremonial groundbreaking was held on September 10.
Dr. Lori Quigley addressed women's rights and recognition at two recent community events, in addition to recently being recognized as a “Woman in Leadership” honoree herself.
Literacy Education Program Director Dr. Jennifer Reichenberg recently collaborated to publish an article entitled “'When Your Lesson is Bombing': The Mediation of Perplexity in the Development of a Reflective Stance Toward Teaching” in the Teaching and Teacher Education journal.
