Quigley, Ph.D., gave an address at the Trailblazing Women of WNY Monument Project press event at the Erie County Central library on March 21. The event included an announcement of plans to commission a statue of Geraldine “Sid-Tah” Green, a faithkeeper at the Newtown longhouse on the Cattaraugus Territory of the Seneca Nation.
