Medaille recognized adjunct faculty members at its Adjunct Recognition Reception on November 12. The Adult & Graduate Buffalo Campus Adjunct Faculty Award was presented to Nicholas LaMarca, while Ashley Lewis received the Undergraduate Buffalo Campus Adjunct Faculty Award. Nominees included Carmen Martorana (Adult & Graduate Buffalo Campus Award) and Daniel Blum, Jon Elston, Tera Domaradzki and Jessica Whipple (Undergraduate Buffalo Campus Award).

Internationally recognized behavioral couples therapy (BCT) expert Keith Klostermann, Ph.D., LMFT, LMHC, an assistant professor in Medaille’s master’s in marriage and family therapy program, has been approached to develop a TED-Ed talk. TED is a nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas via talks and conferences. The goal of TED-Ed, TED’s youth and education initiative, is to spark and celebrate the ideas of teachers and students around the world.
Internationally recognized behavioral couples therapy (BCT) expert Keith Klostermann, Ph.D., LMFT, LMHC, an assistant professor in Medaille’s master’s in marriage and family therapy program, was recently interviewed for an article in Counseling Today, a monthly magazine published by the American Counseling Association.
Steve MacMartin ‘13, director of Medaille’s homeland security program and a clinical assistant professor at the College, discussed how authorities will gather evidence in the October suspicious packages case during an appearance on WBEN-AM radio.
He told WBEN hosts Susan Rose and Brian Mazurowski that the number of packages — 10 at the time of MacMartin’s radio appearance — helps the investigation: “There is an increasing chance with every new package that there will be a clue somewhere.”
The first episode of “Q Me In,” a new radio show hosted by Medaille College Vice President for Academic Affairs Lori V. Quigley, Ph.D. is now available to download.
