William Weeks teaches graduate students, with interests in systems thinking, statistics, organizational behavior and change, and organizational leadership, and in the philosophy of C.I. Lewis. He began teaching at Medaille in 1997 as an adjunct instructor and accepted a full-time faculty position as an assistant professor in January 2001.
